Between their physical limitations and latex allergies it is often difficult for my sons to get together with friends. Other parents are often uncomfortable dealing with epipens and dislocations.
A few years ago we started hosting "Geek Nights." When hosting a Geek Night the dining room table gets covered with junk food and fresh baking, the wii, computers, and game cube get turned on. Then add a number of teen boys. They surface for food as needed but otherwise you rarely hear more than a few laughs from the basement.
A great time is had by all. Plans will soon be in the works to schedule another night.
