Yesterday I took my husband into emerg. with significant left sided pain which was uncontrolled and vommitting to the point of dehydration.
After blood work, xrays, and a ct scan the Dr. cam in to tell me that there was a "mass" on his kidney which was also compressing the ureter. A call was made to the surgeon and arrangements were made to transfer him back to St. Joe's. The plan is to keep him on clear fluids and lots of pain meds until morning when they will try to put a drain in and find out what we are dealing with. The boys will be with our support worker. I have a ride arranged to get down later in the morning.
Any prayers would be greatly appreciated.
