Without a doubt our youngest is growing. Josh's wheelchair was last checked in the fall and all was well. Today he can't wear anything heavier than a t-shirt because he has filled right out to the lateral supports on his chair. There is also a four finger gap from the back of his knee to the cushion. I have put in a call with the hope that the wheelchair can be modified without needing to purchase a whole new wheelchair as his isn't even 3 years old yet. We'll have to wait and see.
We were very thankful for the arrival of our physical therapist today to see the boys and assess their assorted injuries. The laser offered some welcome pain relief. After more exercise Josh can start walking indoors soon. Yay! Before that we just need his ankles, knees and hips to increase their stability beyond the jello stage.
