Remembrance Day is quickly approaching. It is important to make the time to remember for all Canadians. A couple of weeks ago our resource materials arrived from Veterans Affairs Canada. Some of the materials included are: posters, bookmarks, post cards to send to veterans or Canadian military operations, a handout with 50 ways to remember and much more.

We need to decide which service we will attend this year as there are several in our community. The boys love going to McCrae House to view the displays so a stop there will likely be included.

I think that our children are blessed to know some of our veterans and share some of their stories.
